Susan is an internationally recognized expert in the fields of talent development and organization change. With over 25 years experience working with Fortune 500 and start-up companies her emphasis is working with teams and senior level executives. Her strong educational and experiential background in business, organizational design and clinical psychology brings an informed and wise business-centric approach to her work. Susan is sought after for her compassionate and direct approach. She has become the trusted advisor to many leaders and has guided them through significant individual and organizational change over many years.
Susan has consulted with hundreds of senior level executives. Her consultation includes a broad range of industries; high-tech, bio-tech, manufacturing, health care, aerospace, retail, service firm and financial services.
With nine years cumulative work experience at General Electric and National Semiconductor as an internal consultant, Susan led individual, team and organization development activities for start-up and multinational operations. Her development and implementation of large system-wide change programs within these companies resulted in many awards and her work was featured on the Public Broadcast station. Susan has also worked as an external consultant for RHR International.
Sue is a licensed clinical psychologist in California. She earned a masters and a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology in Palo Alto, California. She holds a masters degree in Organizational Development and Analysis from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She received her undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Southern California, Magna Cum Laude.
